Cleveland and Detroit send out two contact pitchers here and this over has value. Kenta Maeda has had issues to start his 2024 campaign as he’s struggled with allowing the big inning. He’s not an overpowering pitcher and this is a spot where the Guardians are a good team that can string together hits. Logan Allen counters and he’s a very similar style to Maeda. The Tigers will put together many run scoring opportunities as this game should be back and forth all night long. There’s good value with these two on the hill.

We're on Arizona here, as they have value opening their series with the Reds. Cincinnati is in the midst of a tough struggle. They've dropped 5 straight games, which includes being dominated by Baltimore for 3 inside this ballpark over the weekend. The Reds have gone ice cold offensively as they put up performances of 0, 1, and 2 in the three losses. It hasn't been pretty lately for them and it figures to be another tall task as they have to deal with Zac Gallen on Tuesday. The Dbacks RH owns an ERA of just 3.38 and has gone at least 5.0 innings in every start. They'd like to see him reach that 6th and he will eventually find his groove to do so as he's one of the best in the game. This is a good matchup for him against a reeling and over-aggressive lineup from the Reds where he can produce a lot of swings and misses. Frankie Montas counters as he'll be activated off the IL. He will be on a pitch count which means regales we'll get a taxed Reds bullpen tonight that has had their fair share of issues lately too. This is a good price on the Dbacks who have a very nice edge.

This series should be wide open as both Dallas and Colorado have weapons that can attack the opposition from many different angles. Colorado disposed of Winnipeg in a series that was a crazy back and forth one in terms of goals being scored. We saw games in that series hit as high as 13 and Colorado is going to keep that same offensive firepower here against Dallas. The Stars are also going to open things up. While their series with Vegas was an absolute grind, you can’t forget how good this team was offensively during the regular season. They averaged 3.59 gpg and their attack was one of the tops in the NHL. This will be a high energy and fast paced Game 1 that will feature many scoring chances both ways. With that, plenty of goals should come as this game will be wide open. We’re getting a good number on this total in a high energy game.

We’re on the Over as Dallas and Oklahoma City clash in Game 1 of the 2nd round. These two teams played to some very high scoring games during the regular season and both are in nice rhythm entering this matchup. The lowest total during the regular season was 221 and the other matchups were much higher scoring. The other 3 head to head battles saw these two teams combine for at least 245 points as they played to many track meets. That’ll be the case here once again as both teams are going to try and gain the upper hand in Game 1. These two teams dominated the opening round and pace of play is going to be the difference maker. With the scorers both sides have, this is the kind of game that’ll turn into a back and forth contest. Expect plenty of transition looks and for a lot of quick shots. That benefits this Over as we’ll see plenty of tempo both ways in another high scoring game.

The Guardians and Tigers clash in the rubber match of their 3 game set and we're on the Guards at this price. Cleveland took the opener, while the bats came alive for Detroit in an 11-7 win on Tuesday night. However, the biggest issue for Detroit has been their consistency as their offense has rarely put together back to back solid performances this season. Things won't get any easier for them as they have to see Tanner Bibee on Wednesday either. He was roughed up by the Angels last time out, but has stepped up on numerous occasions this season for this depleted Cleveland rotation. He's a strikeout pitcher and should produce a lot of swings and misses on this Tigers lineup. Reese Olson counters and he has just got zero run support this season. He has pitched a little worse on the road versus at home this season and this Cleveland lineup tends to hit much better in day games too. We're getting good value on the Guardians in this spot.
